Cancelling your order
If you wish to change or cancel your order you will need to log into your ShopDance account or create an account and raise your enquiry direct with the retailer by clicking on the following link:https://www.shopdance.eu/contact-usIt may not always be possible to cancel or change your order and the retailer will advise you if they have been able to do this. If they are not able to cancel or update your order, or if your order has already been shipped, then you will need to wait for the delivery and then return the goods in line with our Returns & Refunds policy.You have the right to return goods up to the end of a period 14 calendar days after you take possession of the goods (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order) but please note that you would be responsible for the return postage costs.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund, you have up to 14 days to return them to us, but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Shop Dance (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
Customs or import duties are sometimes charged once a parcel reaches its destination country.Any customs charges upon delivery are solely the responsibility of the customer. Any subsequent carrier handling fees (as a result of custom charges) are also the responsibility of the customer.ShopDance has no control over these charges and we are unable to tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For more information on current charges you would need to contact your local customs office before you order or alternatively you could use www.dutycalculator.com as a guide.Estimated delivery timescales do not include any additional customs clearing times beyond ShopDance control.Please note that customs charges will not be refunded if you cancel and return your order.
If you cancel your order by refusing to accept delivery of all or part of your order (where the products or packaging do not appear to be damaged or defective) you will be responsible for any customs fees or postal charges incurred by the retailer. Any charges such as this due to a package being refused will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Delivery address restrictions
ShopDance will only display products to you that are available for delivery in your country, thereby ensuring that you do not waste time browsing products that then cannot be shipped to you. Currently we operate in and ship to the following countries;Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, UK, United Arab Emirates and the USA.ShopDance retailers can choose their own delivery destinations and we encourage them to deliver to as many of these countries as possible.Delivery restrictions may apply due to the nature of some products and in order to comply with national and international regulations governing the transportation of certain products to certain destinations, not all products are available in all countries.
Unfortunately, we are not able to deliver orders to Hotels, Hostels, PO Box addresses or Armed Forces addresses.
Some destinations, for example, the Channel Islands and the Highlands, may incur delivery surcharges. We will contact you if these apply.
The shipping prices for the products at ShopDance are determined by the retailers who sell them. The charges vary depending on the retailer’s location, the destination country and the selected delivery method (standard or express where available). The delivery cost of each product is displayed on each individual product page.It is assumed that delivery is within the country of the ShopDance site that you are viewing. If you choose to have the delivery outside of your domestic country, then the delivery charges will update accordingly once you select a different delivery destination country in the checkout.If you are a registered user, you can change the delivery country for your account under Your Account → Personal Details, so that the correct delivery price will show on the product page. Once you change your country, shipping costs for all products that you browse at ShopDance are calculated based on the new country.The total cost for delivery will always be displayed on the last page of the checkout before you submit/confirm your order.
Please note that a very small number of our products carry an additional delivery surcharge fee. This occurs when either when the weight of the product exceeds the courier allowance, or when the delivery address is to an exceptional location that is hard to reach. We would contact you as soon as possible if either case was applicable to your order, and you can choose whether to proceed with the order or to cancel it.
